We ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase during the week. Weekend orders will be shipped first thing Monday. U.S. orders typically arrive within 4-8 days of shipping.

Absolutely! We designed the Life Story Interview Kit to be able to be used with your loved ones in person or remotely over a phone call or video call (such as FaceTime or Zoom).
